Google Calendar Sharing

 Google Calendar allows you to create multiple calendars and subscribe to your coworker's calendars.  Currently, by default your coworkers can subscribe to your calendar and see your events without your knowledge. You do have the option to change this setting requiring others to submit a request before subscribing to your calendar. If you do choose to share your calendar you may want to list some events as private. For more information see the video below.
